Had a decent meal in the Bellstone a coupke of months back
China rose was always a good Chinese!

The Golden Cross pub in the middle of town has a good reputation for food. I've always had a good meal at The Armoury but you may struggle to get in there on Saturday.

I've had a couple of cracking meals at the Peach Tree/C21. Just don't go in on a Monday and ask for the sausage though!!!

The restaurant in Lion & Pheasant at the bottom of the Cop served good nosh(although a bit pricy) when I used to stay there .
You'd probably have to book though .
