It was not really a 4-0 type of victory - correct. However, it was the result that the performances under GP (Mansfield excluded) have warranted. And whilst GP's post match analysis was spot on, why be a football supporter if you can't take great pleasure in your side winning 4-0 and moving into a stronger League position (2 points further away from 23rd than we were at 3pm).

4-0 is a great result against a team that were only a point off 6th (er, I think) at the start of play today. It doesn't matter how poor Darlo were as three points is three points.

Not a classic game by any stretch but none the less an excellent preformance. Darlo didn't look that bad I thought, but like someone wlse said they reminded me alot of our 2002/2003 team-a few ex-premiership stars only there to pick up a big pay packet mixed in with some bog-standard lower league players. Really pleased with the way GP praised Edwards after the game Its about time the lad was given a decent chance in the league, thought he was excellent. Also pleased with the way GP applauded Langemead, Aiston & Grant as they came off, can't rember a Town manager doing that. First Class-just what we needed a check up from the GP ...I'll get me coat!

I don't care how bad the opposition were, I loved it!
I'll be working in India until the middle of January, so it's a great memory to take away with me. ;D

Our 5th win in 40 league games should be very very welcome
We gained 2 point on Cambridge, Rushden, Notts County, Chester and Oxford
That could be a very very important 2 points
but let's have a few more from where that came from!
