Bankers bonus to be scrapped

They have just lost two by elections but never mind the majority who are struggling ,just give more money to city fat cats. They really are not reading the room .

"The cap on bankers' bonuses is to be scrapped next week as part of a post-Brexit shake-up of City rules, it was announced today.

When bonuses were capped basic salary and other benefits not reliant on measurements of performance that employers chose to measure increased. This was a good move because those measured and incentivised activities would have externalised costs, potentially impacting seriously on wider society. But here we are.
