most people will be unaware of this , The EU have spent huge sums on an oil AND GAs piplines to reduce dependency on Russia so i doubt this will respond to demands to condem Azerbaijan. Turkey has supplied Azerbijan with the millitary hardware that defeated Armenia in the last war .

i doubt if all the people forced from there home at the end of a gun will be very comforted by words of support by the french foreign minister to Armenia

the French are now in talks with Armenia about military contracts, Armenia is a poor country and Azerbaijan has billions in gas and oil revenue with deals with the EU which enabled them to purchase weapons from Turkey and modernize there armed forces.
