Is Angela Rayner not aware of Lammy's lucrative gig on LBC? Seems odd that they would share a front bench and presumably a close working relationship and it hadn't cropped up in conversation.

Can anyone actually clear up what the Labour party line is regarding second jobs or is it more indecisiveness and brass neck hypocrisy followed by a snatch and grab "clamping down" on something the minute it comes to the public's attention?

Sounds like populism to me.

Does Labour have any clear policies on any subject? It is easy to criticise much more difficult to govern.
I look forward to the media actually scrutinising what Labour would do and how they would pay for it as we get closer to the election

Whats more worrying is when the party in power doesn’t have any clear policies 3 PMs and 4 chancellors in 3 years and your ‘whataboutary’ labour!

The obsession in some quarters with David Lammy is an intentional distraction from this basic fact.
