Grant Shapps, quite simply the worst type of Tory. There are thick ones, well meaning ones, dedicated hard working ones, toffs there to look after the interests of toffs and then there is Grant Shapps.

But he keeps on getting elected . You have to ask yourself is he the best his constituency party can do .
