what happens if i lay a bet on a match that is later postponed?
Do I get my money back?
Does the bet get cancelled?
Does it stand untill the match is played at a later date?

I sent that question off to betfair after the Bury game was called off as I had a couple of quid on it. Their reply was:
Dear Craig
Thank you for your e-mail.
Our Rules and Regulations for soccer state the following:
'If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes are played or postponed by
more than three days, all bets will be void.'
We will wait for either, confirmation from the league in question
that the match will not be replayed within three days, and then void
the market, or wait until the three days have elapsed, and then void
the market. If the match is replayed within the three days, then all
bets will stand.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further
enquiries.
