My friend lives quite close to Bury and says she is snowed in today!
Make sure you check Radio Shropshire / This website before you leave in the morning
Sounds like it is going to be a cold one, but more snow could cause real problems

It sure is white up as far as Wigan, anyway- We had a difficult journey back from Hinstock last night, after spending Christmas day with our eldst daughter and the grandwiggies!
It was very bad on the stretch from Tern Hill to Whithurch- on the dual carriageway- accident and the road was blocked on the other side.
VERY bad in Cheshire- on the A49- not much traffic- and the few cars that were out all seemed determined to climb in the boot with you!! (Which is scarey when it's so slippy!)
But- once we were on the Motorway, it was O.K.
Not going to Bury today- but will be at The Meadow on the 28th, hopefully.
