Daughter has a new Packard Bell 'Audio Dream'. Being total technophobs, we have no idea how to set it up/
Instructions are vague. "Transfer files using Windows Explorer" How? Where does the music come from? Can anyone give a completete fools guide to save the day?

I have a philips gogear and the instructions are as clear as sh!te. on saying this I think I may have worked out how to move music from pc to mp3 player if you use windows XP and have windows media player installed: first of all, install it. connect the mp3 player into the usb port click on 'my music' right lick on the files you would like to send to the mp3 player and select 'send to.....removeable disk (F:) if that fails.... start up windows meadia player click on burn music then send it to removeable disk (F:) or there is one other option there - which I've forgotten it's something like format: audio of something like that.

With the MP3 player connected to your computer with the music on via the USB. Go into Windows Media Player. Choose the top bar 'Rip Music' Then choose to rip to the device on the dropdown bar. Choose the music you want to rip. Then click the button that says rip music.

If you have windows xp the simplest way is to click on the music file. Select copy which appears to the left in "file and folder tasks" . Then choose the mp3 directory drive to copy to.
