I’m afraid this is inevitable. Once the Russians withdrew, there was always going to be an escalation of some sort. Whether deliberate or not, Poland is in a very vulnerable position.

Which in turn puts us in a vulnerable position. Article 4 hopefully where Poland call members of NATO to the NATO HQ for discussions. Article 5 is where Poland asks for NATO boots on the ground. Fingers crossed Russia admits it was an accident and there is no escalation.

If it is indeed an accident or some malfunction then it might be worth waiting on confirmation that it was indeed launched by the Russians. Have they confirmed that is the case? As if a Russian missile can go awry then I guess that also goes for a Ukrainian one.

The thing is that if Russia hadn't launched 90+ missiles against a sovereign country, Ukraine, then this missile would never have been in the air - whoever launched it.

Russian missiles you say...are you sure? You'd love it not to be, wouldnt you? Would fit your WEF rabbit hole nonsense that Zelensky is a US mole.

I can understand the reasoning behind Ukraine not firing missiles into Russia and destroying their power grid, but how long can Russia be allowed to carry on targeting the civilian population many hundreds of miles away from the front line. These Russian missiles are being fired from well within Russia and the only way to currently stop them reaching their targets is to shoot them down in mid-air. With the satellite surveillance available to Ukraine and the far superior accuracy of the western weapons systems surely they should be able to take the war to Russia, take out some of the Russian missile launchers and stay within UN guidelines. It's not like Russia are playing by the rules, so why should Ukraine have to stick to them rigidly? As long as they don't deliberately target civilians over the border they should have the right to fight fire with fire.

Russian missiles you say...are you sure? Here's a conspiricy theory for you: The USA would like to write this one off as a mistake (which can be justified because they were defending themselves) by Ukraine, despite Ukraine's denials. It prevents NATO getting into a very tense situation with Russia.
