.........just before everyone heads off on their Xmas breaks I just thought I'd share a wee tip with you. The Richard Price trained My Legal Eagle is being aimed at a campaign on the all-weather at Wolverhampton again shortly. Owned by a farming contact in Hereford, I got word from the horses mouth (so to speak ) that all is well with our four-legged friend so 'back it with a bit of confidence' was the advice. Don't be put off by Price's long losing run was also the message. The nag won me loads during the turf season and even at the ripe old age of 10 seems to be able to come up with the goods. It's not listed as an entry for any races at present but keep looking at www.racingpost.com to see when it is running and 'get on' ;D ;D ;D Smallprint - tip given in good faith, if it loses feel free to abuse me verbally as you wish but all invoices will be destroyed

Cheers Tel Can I just ask if "Smallprint - tip given in good faith, if it loses feel free to abuse me verbally as you wish but all invoices will be destroyed" is owt to do with me By the way, Harchibald is still availan\ble at Evens on boxing day, despite my single handed attempt to retract the price (GET ON).

I'm firmly in the Azertiyoup camp Tel They're racing at level weights but if it were a handicap he would have to carry 4stone 3lb more than the favorite Kicking King (they are rated 179 and 122 respectively). In any race other than the King George Azertiyoup would be long odds on. Only question as you say is if he stays 3 miles, but one of the Racing Channel reporters commented his jockey Ruby Walsh was very confident he would "off camera" on Monday, although he said "we'll see" on camera 9/2 looks a bit of value

I'm loathed to put tips on here but corelating form through Rathgar Beau / Moscow flyer I have KICKING KING as the answer ...
A Reverse forecast could be the order of the day as a saver ....
Harchibald is a penalty kick, he says holding 16/1 for the champion hurdle .... dum , di , dum , di ....

Ah well, Rooster Booster gave me a good run for my money Tell me this Reg were you worried as they were going down the back straight. How the hell that jockey stayed on Kicking King at the last is beyond me.

I managed to pick winners in the 1:00 and 1:35 at Kempton (hardly an impressive feat mind!) but got Azertiyoup in the 3rd. For a minute there I thought he had the legs. I think Betfair had him down at around 2/1 before he faded.

Ah well, Rooster Booster gave me a good run for my money Tell me this Reg were you worried as they were going down the back straight. Honestly I wasn't Andrew, have a look at the William Hill Radio website. Some of the interviews you can get access to on there are so informative. They interviewed Paul Carberry (Harchibalds jockey) yesterday morning. His take on how the race would pan out was something like "Harchibald has to be produced to lead with 50 yards to go as he idles when he does hit the front. The only other runner worth bothering about is Rooster Booster and the form book tells me he will do a time of around 3minutes 45 seconds at best. I will therefore be riding Harchibald to finish the 2 miles in 3mins 45 but also to lead in the last few strides" He must have one hell of a clock in his head that lad Same tactics at Cheltenham no doubt
