the main reason I stopped buy a programme was it was awkward to carry if you were out afterwards, so good idea for me I will buy one tomorrow out of curiosity what could possibly go wrong ? bookies already offering 1/3 on me actually not getting one due to unforeseen circumstances

Personally I'd like to see it reduced more to like what it was 30/40 years ago, in size, content, adverts and price. So the size aspect is good to hear about. But much respect to the club for continuing to realise that there very much is a need for a programme of each match. Wish other clubs had a similar attitude to such matters. As an aside I read that as Millwall CBA to do a programme so their supporters are producing a 16 page issue, no adverts and all for £1. The first one was meant to be well received.

I like the idea of the 'historical kit, historical encounter' covers. Sounds good.
Hope we get people's views on this after today's game.👍

My pockets are definitely not big enough for the programme boo. I had the same problem, the town squad would have fit nicely in my pocket ( of which 4 are keepers ) I should have worn my cargo shorts, might have had a chance, didn't like it to be honest, the cover is bizarre, some tiny print announcing the fixture, the index is selective, results I presumed would be inside the back cover but not the case, maybe its me out of touch but I won't buy another this season I did laugh at the managers write up ;-) Attachments:

Market Drayton had a QR code on the way in to the ground on Friday where you could download the programme for free.
Problem was it was 8 pages long and about six of those pages were adverts.
My favourite bit was the manager notes where he welcomed everyone to the game but then revealed he wouldn't actually be there himself because he was getting married.

If we continue on this trajectory, next season's programmes should be 'fun size'.
