didnt get to see the bloke play, was he any good? Thought he was good at Chester but awful against Mansfield Wouldn't have minded seeing him for another month

Obviously, GP had seen all he needed to. Makes way open to bring in someone better and more needed.

Now waltons back Mr Peters probably feels we dont need him especially when we could be doing with a midfielder...
Thought he wasnt bad, big and slow yes, but he won everything in the air and had the sense to commit the foul early as opposed to waiting untill the player is in a dangerous position before giving away a penalty or dangerous free kick

Not happy with the decision. He only played two games! Being PoY for the Vale I thought (and still do) he might have something to offer. defense as goes: Moss (whenever he's back, Stu for now) Whitehead (Tinno for now) Walton Lyng or Ashton

Thought he was dreadful on Saturday.
A good decision.

Can't help thinking it was more a question of economics. Burns cost us nowt and could be let go. To offload Rids would be costly. Personally I thought he showed promise, but you do wonder why neither Brizzle nor us want to hang on to him given his PoY status at Vale? Lets hope Lyng lives up to GPs rating.
