HELP!!!

My PC Keeps cutting out on the Net with any Error Message

Does it after a random time, aint used the Net for ages (6months)

LSA Shell (Export Version) it says!!! Puzzled!!!

Then resets after a timer counting down from 60 secs advising me to save all unsaved work........ something about a System 32 File

PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm using XP service pack one!!
