Stockport heading for the title surely, 3-0 up (admittedly only against Kings Lynn) but that puts them 10 points clear of Chesterfield and Halifax as things currently stand.
Their title to chuck away now

Chesterfield are losing at Altrincham.
Clearly we need Stockport to keep going. 3-0 up at King's Lynn tonight.

Halifax have got 1 back. 3-1. A stunner it was as well. Halifax still a point ahead of Wrexham having played the same amount of games. Meanwhile there was a late turnaround as Grimsby lost 2-1 to Solihull Moors.

Awful game, on times Halifax were better than wxm going through the midfield areas, but lacked physicality in attacking areas, wxm were to strong, but didn't think much of them either tbh, that palmer is a big lump really inne👍👍

Wrexham were hard working and professional forcing Halifax into mistakes, poor game. Wrexham would lose most weeks in League One.

That’s a bit unfair , what would you say to a prem fan who dissed our 8-0 Double last week by saying we’d lose most weeks in the prem I hate to say it but if and when Wrexham get to league one they might be the most prepared in the league I hope they go up as it’s a game I always you forward to and even better when we win Saying that Stockport is always a decent day out too 👍

With the amount Wrexham have spent they should be top of the league let’s have it right, instead they are 4th and will roll the dice in the Play-Offs where they will quite possibly have to beat 3 teams to get promoted, very tough and we know they like to bottle it. Salford have money and they have yet to even make the play-offs in 3 seasons in League Two, there is no wage cap in non league but they will have to adhere to it in League Two where they are left with players with over inflated wages if they get promoted. I know we could do with some local derbies but I’d rather see Wrexham suffer in non league and hopefully get them in the FA Cup sometime.

Didn't they ditch the wage caps in L1 and L2 recently?

Wrexham 2-2 Dover. 2 goal lead given away at home to the team at the bottom of the table.

I know we could do with some local derbies but I’d rather see Wrexham suffer in non league and hopefully get them in the FA Cup sometime. Salford aren’t really a good comparison though. They hadn’t and still haven’t got the fan base and history Wrexham have and had to rely on continuing investment which as you say is then affected by the wage cap. From what Ive seen Wrexhams modest investment has attracted sponsorship and revitalised the club and fan base that means they can afford the inflated wages through significantly increased turnover. Wouldn’t be at all surprised if there turnover isn’t way above ours. I suppose we can pretend they’re a non league team because of their recent history but I don’t think it will be too long before they’re back.

Anyone else getting fed up to the back teeth with Wrexham scoring last minute winners?
At least Stockport are ticking along nicely, but the rest of them are falling away.
