I wonder if Noto has come in from the terrace yet after a night of celebrating a goalless draw at that footballing powerhouse Bromley, he's obviously heard of our thumping away win at the league leaders given his lack of appearance on here.

Boreham Wood and Bromley look to be falling away.
But Stockport, Halifax and Chesterfield are hopefully going to end up as the top 3, thus condemning Wrexham to an extra play off match.

It's the last 8 games that Stockport play that worry me. Very difficult fixtures.
King's Lynn A Eastleigh A Southend H Grimsby A Solihull Moors H Yeovil A Boreham Wood H Chesterfield A Wrexham A Torquay H Halifax H

Big game on Tues then. Wrexham v Halifax.
If Halifax can win that one they'd go 7 points clear of Wrexham from the same number of games with a slightly better goal difference.

I've no doubt that this tends to get missed by the vast majority of fans (who are of course focused on the League football, more so Premier League football) and I wouldn't want Town to be playing any part in it but I always find the Conference promotion race and play offs to be something to keep an eye out for and so its proving to be once again. I like the new format and with so many clubs looking to make a return to League football its great viewing.
Stockport seem to be enjoying themselves anyhow (although having looked, home rather than away)...
By the by, appreciate the thread is about Wrexham but always took it as the Conference thread...👍

I really enjoy the National League games. It's a good standard. There are plenty of players who should be playing in the football league, but for their own reasons, (financial), prefer the division below.
We know Wrexham have got yanks with money subsidising their league bid, but where do Stockport get their money from?

The National League is a very difficult league to get out of if you are relegated from League 2. You really do need to have big financial backing these days to get back up. I have no doubt Wrexham will manage it one day and the sooner the better for them because they are not the only ones to have money thrown at them.

The only connection/s I've got with wxm, is,I live close by, and I work there.oh and had some good workmates who were/are wxm fans, and I've been taking the p**s out of em for 15+ years, perhaps one day they'll take the p**s out of me, trouble is I could be dead by then!!!!!😁😁👍👍😳😳 You’re me in reverse. The misfortune of working in Shropshire and surrounded by slops. Hopefully you’ll still be around in 5 years because by then we’ll definitely be above you. Absolutely certain of it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 You have more chance of platting **** than being above Salop in 5 years my friend.

It's a hard job, substitute goalie, has an expectation of you being able to come on and be on top form at a moment's notice. Not everyone could do it, expect he will have had his fill anyway and want first team football in League 2 next season.
