Well not long now until we get underway with the first ever one played mostly behind closed doors.
Watched a decent documentary on Team GB and the expectations of UK Sport etc for big medal hauls and to finish top 5.
Big ask this year I think given the amount of GB hopefuls who didn't meet the required standard to go, sadly include our Nat Ogbeta's sister. Track and Field could be our lowest haul since 2008. Think we will do well on two wheels and in the pool though.

Really looking forward to this. If only to help me get over Sunday.
Although not entirely sure how much we will get to see live with the time difference.

Struggling to find enthusiasm for a behind closed doors Olympics. I don't even know when they start. It's a shame because Tokyo is a venue that could have been fantastic.
Hope I might pick up an Olympics vibe eventually.

Once it starts I think it will be fine, some events used to get sparse crowds in previous games, I think it will be Track & field it will hit hardest. Like when we watched premier league with empty stadiums.
Excited for beach volleyball (who isnt!!) and also the Kenny's on the bikes and local(ish) lad Adam Peaty going for a few golds in the pool.
Special mention for 12 year old Sky representing GB in the Skateboarding too, fantastic.

I tend to forget that there is football at the Olympics and just looking now, the GB women's team are involved (starting with a game on the opening day).
We also have GB in the rugby too (men's and women's).👍
