Sad as it is for Darby fans world wide - im made up by this - the guy has got an exsiting future here if he kicks on (unlike most young players in the last few years ) I think he could be my next hero in waiting after DD enevitable leaves!!!! he has been warned As for a chant "La la la la la la la la Langmead He came from Near Preston He hates the Chester Sucm Langmead Whoh ooh, Langmead Whoh ooh" In retro spect that does not work at all - but the boy needs a chant

Seems a decent signing. He works very hard and has plenty of time to learn, let's hope GP will develop him as a player. Good luck Kelvin.

Bit of a difference in pedigree, Banim big fish in small puddle at Radcliffe, Langmead small fish in huge club at PNE. Think we've got a gem here - maybe even a Jemmo?

Looks like he will be a useful buy for us & is still developing, fingers crossed that Peters can get the best out of him, and he'll form a good partnership with Rodgers. Sign of the times sadly that William Hill have Langmead rather than Luke as shortest odds for Town's first goal against Mansfield - come on Lukey

I know a few B&A regulars got in on it.

Not having seen the lad and not likely to for a while i have to go off what you lot have said and it feels like a good signing. from what I hear he is not just a big lad but offers some decent football and excellent workrate. A fixed front two that can develop together with GP is exactly what we need. Really good news.

Can't wait to see what a team with Sammy and Lowe feeding Langmead and Rodgers might achieve, especially if Jamie can continue to improve as he has recently.
