some ? most will be disappointed, no win for town here Funny how differently people see the same thing. I'd be surprised if anyone could legitimately claim to be disappointed if they miss out on a random ballot, and can't see how town can possibly come out of this with anything other than great credit given the incredible efforts they've made to try and be part of this pilot. How about if they do the same as Sean list. People who are known to either the chairman, FLO club employees or shout a lot. Also no complimentary tickets at all. They don’t go to real fans....... Im not going cos I’m in Cornwall but expect the club to do it fairly.... They’ve got history on previous ticketS purchased so easy to form a list If the most loyal supporters. Perhaps those nights watching Check a Trade games are going to pay off

Both me and a mate managed a ticket in the end - still annoying that it basically consumed 2 hours of my afternoon for what should have been a simple transaction but slightly less fuming than earlier.
Roll on Saturday, definitely a good one to have on the "I was there" list.

Bit of a balls up whichever way you spin it really. The reduced capacity and lack of notice are entirely forgivable given the circumstances but yet another ticket master **** up definitely isn't. It's shoddy service whichever way you look at it and presumably town are paying handsomely for something which proves time and again to be not fit for purpose. I do feel for Brian here but equally season ticket holders such as myself who've been shafted have every to be peeved. I'll be interested to see how the club plays this. Agreed! The club have behaved in an exemplary fashion so far, with the way they've applied for the pilot and set the logistics up, and even with the way they've put them on sale quickly. BUT, we've been there before with ticket master AND the club have had long enough to get this ready - they've known for weeks that they would need a ticketing system that would need to sell tickets in this fashion. I'm 200 miles away, I can't just jump in the car, and as someone who's sat for two hours waiting it's just not good enough.

To be honest I suspect the club were geared up but ticketmaster weren’t.

after two hours decided to go to the ground, got in line and thought i'd try online whilst waiting and it worked! got the confirm email, but there wasn't anything about print at home or collection. I presume will need to got back once the dust settles to pick up unless anyone knows different?

Just out of interest could you get tickets for people not in your ‘bubble’ but already on your ‘friends’ list? I could buy for my son in the past but he’s not allowed in my bubble so can I still do this?

I hope those who got a ticket enjoy the match and commiserations to those who haven't. I've no doubt the club is doing the best it can in unprecedented circumstances.
I'm happy to be sitting this out!

Take it the second email will take a bit given the mess Ticket 'not so' master created!

the only bizarre thing is that we are using one stand My understanding of this pilot is that it’s a one off trial of 1000 before allowing 25% capacity in October, at which point we’ll have to have 1000 in each side stand. It’d be daft if the clubs involved weren’t therefore trialling the stewarding of that many people using the stand, catering, toilets etc. Equally, I’m not sure what has to happen for the trial to be considered a success. No deaths? Anyway, I personally cannot wait to be moaning half way through that I’d rather be at home. Come on Salop!

Missed out, having just got home. However accept the club had to make decisions quickly in light of short notice by EFL.
Hope those going have a great experience.

If there's suddenly 200 cases amongst town season ticket holders we might have to think again.

Anybody manage to assign tickets to children? I tried and it wouldn’t let me assign tickets to my kids who are listed under my account.

I managed to get my ticket in the end. Well done Brian, SLO’s and ticket office staff on this one. A simple 5 min transaction me more than 2 hours of frustration but I fully understand this was ticketdisasters fault and not the clubs.

If you didn't get a ticket, why not blame Ian Whitfield. That's what I always do if something goes amiss.
