First glance looks promising as it looks to be blue and amber stripes...
I guess they'll be a new line of other stuff (polo shirts) with us soon too.

They need to raise as much revenue as possible at the present time, so I will be putting my hand in my pocket again.I certainly hope it’s stripes.

Maybe a fair it of bias at play here but I honestly believe we have one of the best strips going with the blue and amber stripes with white trim. And now finally with a right, decent, proper badge (again, one of the best going)...what's not to like.
It a while for us to finally get it together but with Brian in charge, I have hope that he is very much aware of what makes good business sense.
Looking forward to seeing the new stuff anyhow.

Very excited for this - I remember when they released them last year and the initial reaction was the home kit was awful and the away kit was great but after a few weeks opinion quickly changed!

Honestly don't know what to make of it, the final image of it doesn't really attract me that much

Looks OK and a bit different having the stripes transition like that. Proof of pudding will be seeing one for real though.

I love the stripes. Don't mind the bit of blue mixed with the amber towards the bottom of the stripes. Do think white should always be added to the trim (cuffs and collar) to give it a bit of contrast. I really don't like round necks. But looks good.

Pity some of the players are not modelling it...you would get a much better idea what it then looks like.

Really not keen on sponsors being on the back. Didn’t like the last shirt because of it and this looks similar, but I understand why they do it.
Don’t want to moan, the rest is fine, just don’t like sponsors everywhere.

I think it’s alright.
Definitely an improvement on last year. I got very excited when we signed with Admiral, I thought we would get some kits with a bit of a retro feel but they’re final product has been underwhelming, for me.
It’s blue and amber stripes so can’t complain too much though.

Pity some of the players are not modelling it...you would get a much better idea what it then looks like. Exactly !...launch spoilt by not having someone wearing it. Have you ever seen a clothing advert on TV, or in a magazine, where the "new product" is just hanging limply on a clothes hanger? Is there any amber on the back, or do we have to just presume that it's blue?

I would guess that video has been produced at home by the media team and there isn't likely to be any players around at the moment to do any "modelling". Was it early August they mentioned players back for pre-season training?

Didn't need a player to model the shirt, a member of the office staff would have done I would have volunteered if they had asked ! .....nah scrap that, the club want to encourage people to buy shirts, not put them off

Haven't purchased a full price kit since 2012, club needs all support financially as possible.
Will buy.

It’s a no from me, I’m out It’s not Dragon’s Den you know. Personally feel like the positive reaction this morning has been very over the top (kit releases in general I think are far too much of a big thing now), a bit too amber for me but I can appreciate the design and the fact it’s a different twist on our iconic style. Bound to pick one up at some point.

Could they ask the West Indian spin bowler, Rakheem Cornwall to model one? Six feet six, 22 stone - would give us a clue what it would like like on some of us.

Yuck
But, I guess it's not designed for a 52 year old in mind, even though some in that age group will wear it.

I quite like the design apart from a collar would be nice, however the material and sizes are never fat barsteward friendly so will probably give it a miss

I like it, but I stopped buying shirts when clippy came in and have not got back into the habit.
I spend my sports kit money on cycling jerseys, at least I can wear them for their intended purpose.

A definite Yes from me. It looks classy especially when compared with KFC’s new away ballet outfit, shown on the Star website.

I really like it - the netting effect at the bottom is certainly unusual
I assume another year without our famous amber socks though?

The only Town shirt I will buy is a remake of the 74 Umbro shirt with Amber diamonds down the arms.
