East Yorkshire (Nigel) was the top level (they get tested too ;D) rated instructor in Shropshire when he taught me, and was excellent. He also taught my dad to drive so must be getting on a bit...........................

Dear reader I was just wondering which driving instructor's/school's in Shropshire, any of you whould recommend. Yours, Learner Driver. Lesson One "When to use an apostrophe". You can't go fliinging them about like that willy-nilly. You'll have someone's eye out.

There's a fellow by the name of David Jones on the Rock in Telford - I think his driving school is called "Advanced". Experienced chap.

I went with Severn SOM. I had 2 off road lessons when I was 16, parking, reversing round cones etc it was icy so also got chance to try and put the car into a skid and control it. Then 12 on road lessons and passed first time
Basicaly got told to avoid the big national driving schools as the better instructor tend to set up their own business
