Just hope the regular drummer’s there? Seem to remember he goes to block 19 for big games and you need to know what your doing not just hit it.... My sons a drummer and commented at the Bristol replay how good he was 👍 Our regular drummer is staying in block 9, the first time for a big game. Expecting a decent core of "singers" to have stayed put in the South Stand too.

I was disappointed yesterday that there were no seats at all in blocks 1 and 2. I can't believe that those two blocks sold out before any other block. Have any season ticket holders been able to get their seats in those blocks? Are they being allocated for corporate, FA or sponsors?
I have settled for a seat in block 17, but would have much preffered the other side.

I’m in block 2 and have emails saying that I have my seats. At normal games we have a lot of players’ families in block two. I think I’m right in saying that our youth team, academy members, etc are in block one. As I have the confirmations I assume all season ticket holders have their normal places.

Wierd. When I went to choose my seat yesterday they were blanked out. Maybe because I was on at 8:55 and they hadn't got it all sorted by then. Might give the club a bell later and ask to change.

Long shot maybe. Myself and dad have been able to get two tickets. I’m after a third for my uncle. Is there anyone on here who has a spare, or is entitled to a ticket they won’t be using, I could purchase? Please PM me if you can help. Thanks 😄

Still between 70 and 80 tickets left. And still a few (15-20 maybe) in safe standing. And the odd ticket seemingly dotted around the ground in various blocks. Of the others I think you’d need to be very desperate to be at the game, right on pitch-side. Great if you’re one of those annoying tourists who seemingly spends the entire match filming on a mobile. And probably ok in the West stand. But I’m imagining the big digital advertising hoardings will be up behind the goal for this one, they usually take a few yards viewing away unless you’re a few rows up.

Unlike the Wolves game, there shouldn't be any away fans in the home ends...

Still between 70 and 80 tickets left. Here's hoping they all go today so no one who hasn't been to a game this season is eligible for a ticket. Top, top effort to the club here for hands down the best big game strategy I can remember.

Disagree totally - if there’s a handful or more of spare tickets for general sale that reach first time spectators then why not, if only one of them returns to watch again it’s a positive. Absolutely do not buy into this way of thinking that regular supporters are any better or more loyal than the general public

How does that work then?

You don’t have to be a regular attendee to be any more or any less a better supporter - there are plenty of exiles and others with good reason not to be able to make it to games, why should they be less deserving of a ticket that goes on general sale?

Unlike the Wolves game, there shouldn't be any away fans in the home ends... I think you might find there are some liverpool fans who had a ticket for the last home game to gain one loyalty point..

Don’t think they were registering new accounts unless they could prove they were local ..... maybe one or two with local addresses or relatives who live locally but think the club were watching for this

Top, top effort to the club here for hands down the best big game strategy I can remember. Plenty of reasons.... Got a friend who’s got a ticket and wanted one for his son who’s been to games but with complementary tickets from the club with his football team and school but no loyalty points.... unable to get one

the only issue I have with loyalty points is you get 2 for an away game but only 1 for a home game
so if you live in the northwest and have attended local games at bolton, Blackpool, accy, Tranmere, Fleetwood and have rochdale tickets then you have 12 points
if you live in town, you will have to have attended every single home league game just to match that
who is most loyal ?
the one watching twice as many games and putting money into the club or the part timer giving his money to another club ?

Exactly! I've only managed to make away games this season, and have paid on the day. It doesn't make me any less of a fan. Until recently I regularly attended Tuesday night home games despite it being a 300 mile round trip! I'm' still glued to the phone, tablet or radio on a Saturday and feel the same pain as everybody else when we lose. Anybody who rejoices in fans not getting tickets has got to be a miserable mean spirited individual.

You only had to order one of those Away game tickets online and collect it at the ground, and you would have been getting a ticket yesterday No one is rejoicing in Town fans not getting a ticket, that is ridiculous. The point being made was that there is much less chance of home tickets now going to Away fans. That was quite clearly the point being made General sales would have seen a rush of people living locally who have little or no interest in the club, trying to get tickets to see Liverpool, or for Liverpool supporting family and friends, as happened last year against Wolves

Why the need to divide fans into "more loyal"/"less loyal" groupings? We're all fans in different ways, from the young kid taking in his first season to an old boy who can't get to the games anymore and listens to the radio.

The majority of people assuming I could get them a ticket have never been to a Salop game in their life.

I didn't, what I was trying to say is points for home games should be the same as for away game

Should tell em to meet by the Wakeman exit gate, slip your season ticket under the gate for a tenner 😉
