Now on the club website. How many points do you get for each game attended and can you find out online? I normally buy mine on the day from the ticket office so don't use online facilities.

You get given a supporter number to add them to when you buy tickets. Go to the buy tickets page on the STFC website and log in with your email. Loyalty points are there.

Very pleased with this ALTHOUGH I do think its a bit harsh to restrict one ticket per supporter number. Some people use one supporter number for two tickets if going with friends.

I think those arrangements are spot on, well done to the club.
A sliding scale of loyalty points rather than those with 1-9 points being lumped into the same bracket is just what's needed.
Also pleased to see 1 ticket per person. Stops people from bringing their mates who support Liverpool.
Hopefully they won't get to general sale.

Quick question for the club actually. Lets say you and your friend are going and are in the same loyalty point band. How do you buy two together online at the same time if its a single log in system? Surely the club needs to find a way to band them together?

Not gonna lie saw season tickets holders being able to buy two a perk of buying the season ticket. Disappointed by that... Just to get family who come semi regular to be able to sit next to us.
Maybe a buy a extra ticket if they're allocated to a number properly?

Why in all fairness should your family member who comes every now and again get priority over those non-season ticket holders who've been to six or seven matches this season? That's not fair at all.

The club have this absolutely spot on. A far cry from the complete disaster when we last played Liverpool!

Pleased with this and the way they've separated the loyalty points out rather than lumping 1-5 loyalty points together, which meant someone could have gone to their first game after the draw was made & got as much chance of getting a ticket as someone who had been to 5

Very pleased with this ALTHOUGH I do think its a bit harsh to restrict one ticket per supporter number. Some people use one supporter number for two tickets if going with friends. some people do this for a variety of reasons, some are lazy, some are gathering points for themselves, some because it seems simpler, some perhaps don't care either way it backfires at a time like this, the fault only lies with one person what I would say is I agree with one ticket per supporter but I do think we could be even more fairer than that not sure what points a season ticket gets you these days but if for example it gave you 50 points I would see no problem in the club saying you can have 1 ticket for every 40 points you have if you've got 80+ then you can claim 2 , the odd few who are really loyal and have been buying for others would get a reward they perhaps should have I've got a season ticket, I'll get a ticket, I won't have to sit next to away fans, will probably have to sit by fans who dont know any of the 22 on the pitch whilst they eat their hot dog but hey thats life ;-)

Its backfired on me.
Did not set kids up with a supporters number, they are still little. They come to loas of games but always buy on my number.
Last year (and all years before) not an issue with the two ticket per ST scheme and useing mine and my folks Season tickets to get them in.
But this change was not announced and now they are buggered. Its a shame but its my fault.
Poor kids, been to some horroble places away this season and a few home games and now i cant sort them for the game the whole school is talking about.
Its going to be a hard sell for them to go to fleetwood!

Am I right in assuming that as a ST holder I have until Sunday to buy my ticket and then ST holder seats not bought will go on general availability, i.e. as per the sliding loyalty point scale?

With the big games we have had in recent years this is no longer an excuse. I have a friend I goto the games with who buys them from the kiosk by the west stand. He's got no loyalty points and has only missed a couple of games.

But untill this changed for this particular game it was never an issue as I said. But lesson learned. Might have two kids looking for a new home next week! All while there mates who are liverpool fans some how swing a ticket! To be fair had they said at the start of the season that was going to be the change I would have sorted them a supporters number. As i said just never thought it was critical yet! They are only 8/10

Much fairer than the Wolves ticketing last season (first time in 40 years I failed to get a ticket). I live out of the county and never had a season ticket due to the fact I can't attend all of the games. Each season I get to around 10 to 15 home games and a few away games where I normally pay on the day, at least this ticket set up should allow me to get one.

They will be able to see that you have bought Junior tickets so maybe able to retrospectively create supporter accounts for them?

I would agree with you IF the non-season ticket holder who'd been to 6-7 matches was then denied a ticket. But we know they wouldn't be and both needs could be accommodated. Anyway, someone who's been to 6-7 matches have themselves only been "every now and again" so what's the difference?
