Just watching the Leeds match and noticed before the game most of their fans with scarfs held high like kop used to be, then later all swinging their scarfs round. Really tuck me back the the 80's but also looked really good and I was wondering why it never seams to happen at Town games? There are now flags and banners in the south stand but just imaging how great every one waving their scarfs above their heads would look. A sea of blue and amber and most people already own one.

I would guess the reason our fans don't all wave scarves above their heads is that most of them are right miserable feckers who just want to watch the bloody match! (which they'll complain about)

(which they'll complain about) Our fanbase has to be one of the quietest, tamest in the league. Would be great going away with a huge following with everyone (who can) standing up getting behind the team, just doesn't happen with town aside from once or twice a season maximum, even then it's not the best.
I guess most clubs that do take a lot and are louder are bigger clubs in the main.

Simply not true, most away games Iβve been to this year, the home fans have been silent. You simply donβt even get attempts at a single chant. As have many away fans visiting the Meadow Our atmosphere is far from amazing, but better than most in league 1 now

The atmosphere at the Meadow is far superior to many other teams in this league, and efforts to improve it even further should always be welcomed. The scarves were a feature of the short lived "ultras" group many moons ago and are definitely something that should be bought back.
