Smithy’s for me but can’t see that being popular with RW so maybe he’ll choose as with the kit vote, it was very close so we decided on Turners 😩

Turner's for me. Although I won't be unhappy if it turns out to be Smithy's.
Both two fantastic club legends.

Smithys for me
the man was there every game for 8/9 years until he sadly passed away
in all the years since turner left to look after Villa, Wolves & Hereford, Smithy was following the town every week and taking coach loads of fans with him not to mention all the money he raised and still does for the town
has turner ever been in there ?

Smithys for me. Not enough recognition given to supporters like Smithy who ought to have qualified for national kudos never mind locally.

Smithys for me. I seem to remember the club did agree to there being a permanent reminder. This would be perfect as it is for the supporters.

Hope they name it after Smithy and possibly his family could re-open the newly named bar. The only problem for me with this bar is that it’s still at the wrong end of the ground... if I miss the first bus back to the Prince after games that bar would have come in handy for a quick pint whilst I wait for the bus to return but then unfortunately we’re not allowed anywhere near it after games! Always feel the club could construct a permanent bar at the ‘fanzone’ end of the ground then hand over the Power League bar to away fans...

Smithy's for me too. I'd prefer to see stands named after the likes of Graham Turner and Arthur Rowley.

For all the reasons above and not least of which because he was blue and amber through and through. He didn't need a salary or reward, and inspite of all the ups and downs at the club he was there raising money with his many aides by his side. His joy was seeing the club benefit from the result of his support and fund raising. At long last it would be a fitting tribute to Chris for the bar to be called 'Smithy's. He was often in that very bar pre game raising monies for the town which would make it even more poignant!

There is a chance the gates and fence will be swung round 90 degrees to allow Home fans access to the Bar after the game. Also the outdoor fanzone could be moving to the grassed area adjacent to the Bar.

Makes perfect sense if the gates are open before the game the away coaches can still use that end to turn round, but we could still get to the supporters bar and any moved fan zone.

Or move the green fence to include the bar for the home fans
