Disappointed with that point, which shows exactly how far we have come.
I'm disappointed with a point away at Bradford with ten men.
That game was decided in the dressing room at half time. Beckles had to come off

a mixed performance from town and Bradford have only won 1 game in fourteen games and we cant beat them !.ball retention was poor , i dont know if it is the pressure , the after affects of the Lincoln game or players missing and to add to the misery we have another red card.
our lack of quality in front of goal was telling tonight this was a big chance to close the gap and we were not able to do it ,will we get another chance with games running out only time will tell .
whatever is not working let us hope Hurst and the players can get it sorted

It's a shame it wasn't payney who those 2 chances fell to not Nolan .
Thought he looked decent tonight . Ran hard and caused them issues.
I'd like to see him and Carlton start Tuesday and go 442 with a real attacking intent.

Unfortunately i cannot see Salop making it , too many chances going begging, too many points wasted, i think the play offs will end up in heartbreak as well, so gut wrenching , they have done brilliant all season , hope im wrong.

Thought we were much better with 2 up front playing a bit more direct with the midfielders picking up the second balls, certainly on that pitch. We couldn't seem to keep the ball at all in the first half, even with the extra man in midfield.
Nobody really stood out, Payne and Sadler had fairly good games.
Then again, if Nolan had taken one of his chances it would have been an excellent away performance.

I've seen a lot of negativity about tonight's game. It wasn't a pretty game at all and we did not play well, however we had some good chances on another night we could have taken all 3 points. I thought we fought hard with 10 men and Hurst's substitutions should be commended. We have 4 out of our last 5 games at home, whilst the teams above us have some tough away trips to make. If we win all 5 games we will be go up automatically imho. Whether that happens is another thing, 4 wins and a draw gives us a sniff..

Proud of that second half performance. Shame our finishing was so wayward, but other than that couldn’t ask for more from the ten men. Ovation at the end suggests most of the town fans there think similarly. Pitch really was anti-football. Unlucky lads.

Admire your optimism but can't see Blackburn dropping the 5 points we need (7 if we draw even one of ours) in their 5 games. We need to start planning for the playoffs. Anyway, on a positive note, tonight's draw secures a top 4 finish with 5 games still to go. We shouldn't lose sight of what a fantastic achievement that is for a team that was considered nailed on for relegation. It's almost akin to if Huddersfield had qualified for the Champions League.

We seem to be negative after every game lately. Yes its a real shame we can not score when the chances are there but we are known for winning by the odd goal, so when that stops its One point not three. half way through the season every one said this year was great not having a relegation battle. Some time get the feeling mid table is the only place people relax and enjoy following Shrewsbury. Any other year we would off been more or less promoted by now. we have not lost track tonight but against Bury and Doncaster.

Nolan seems to be doing the job of the Centre Forward as well, I thought he played well again tonight.

I wouldn't worry, Bradford have given it their best shot already storm weathered we'll come out 2nd half a stroll to a win 3-0 Really 😀. Only a little bit of well it should have been but for beckles diving in and Nolan missing sitters in hindsight hurst should have swapped beckles for a midfielder at ht then again toto might have got the red oh well blackburn gave us a light at the end of the tunnel and now its dark again

Thankfully the players didn't give up, unlike some on here. Good second half performance and starting to get on top before Beckles got his second yellow. Whalley deserved MoM. Very good point all things considered. It’s a very good point provided you don’t consider the points and GD gap between ourselves and Rovers, coupled with the fact we’re running out of games to reel them in. No escaping the fact that tonight’s result is a huge blow to our hopes of automatic promotion.

We’re blackburn rovers, we’re on our way back! Seriously though unlucky, been a plucky fight from you this season but that’s it over now. Good luck in the playoffs! can we ban this tool

This is still our best season in 28 years, a little frustrating tonight yes but let’s stay positive, we are still in a great position.

Worth underscoring just how poor Whalley’s set piece delivery was on 84. He is having a truly awful second half. Whalley is the type of player who can be totally anonymous/poor for most of the game then does something outstandingly brilliant out of the blue, like that one long range pass to Nolan in the first half, no in between with him.

Had to be that way using the pitch we played on tonight...

Just back. Maybe you had to be there to appreciate properly the players efforts with 10 men, I thought they were excellent. In fact, we were miles the better team in that second period. The first half was not good enough, but we still fashioned the best opportunity. If Nolan could finish tonight, we’d be praising a good away showing. It was never going to be pretty on that pitch.
I thought Rodman & Whalley were constant threats. Sadler excellent.
I think even I concede it’s the playoffs now because Blackburn aren’t slowing down. Let’s just try to win 4 or all 5, if we miss out with 94+ points then so be it.....

Despite a great season...you're going to bottle it. Just like us. It's better though to have missed out on the the play-offs...than to the first club relegated in the top 5 leagues .....

Yep. I think it"ll be the play offs now. I think again last night we did play well but it us a good while to get a foothold in the game. Like Northampton the other week, we played well but only after a fair bit of time where we didn't hit the heights we know we are capable of. That's what has seen us drop points whereas Blackburn and Wigan seem to be able to hit the ground running from the first minute. Going to be a crazy, scary, exciting few weeks anyhow.

Charlton Tuesday night will be a very tough game for starters and a good guide to our play-off chances.

Sorry but under the circumstances thought Town played reasonably well particularly in the second half. A point at Bradford would normally be considered a good result. This is still a great season and the fact we are still hanging on to a slim chance of automatic promotion is a miracle. Yes it probably will be the playoffs but what a season this is turning out to be.

Yesterday was far from ideal, a big opportunity missed, but a lot could happen in these next five games. Blackburn could easily lose and draw two of their last five. Bristol rovers and Charlton away are not easy games. If we’re only a point or two behind them come the final day, anything can happen. Let’s get behind the lads in these final five games, as all we can do now is win them and wait for a couple of slip ups.

Considering the state of the pitch, losing Beckles, the expected Bradford reaction, missing a key player, the disappointment of Sunday, patchy form and performances, Bradford's style. We're still in with a chance until Matt Rhead sings. Relax and enjoy it. We're rubbish remember.
