I believe only about 300 tickets sold. Me and my son going. Hopefully we can get a crowd of at least 500 to roar them on to victory. I am quite confident of automatic promotion, Blackburn have got a few tricky fixtures. Come on Salop. Whatever happens the fans need get behind this team, they really deserve it, it's been a fantastic season.

Winston Churchill said "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty."
so is it time for Hurst to rally the troops with a Winston Churchill type speech in prematch preparations ?

Think the change of date doesn’t help, this was a game I earmarked, but don’t finish work till 6:30 so stand no chance

Would have definitely travelled up from London had this not been switched from a Saturday. Never been to Valley Parade so was looking forward to it.
Hope I don't get the opportunity next season.

Very difficult to attend with work commitments. Rather they had left it to a Saturday fixture but sky rule the roost and Thursday it is. Time for serious football to resume again . C’mon blue boys

It is a shame especially with the free coaches and could well be much more important than the Blackpool game in the end but two hours plus travelling time on a work night means it was always going to be a small crowd.

Payne should definitely start tonight imo. Carlton was very poor on Sunday although that wasn't entirely his own fault. Payne has done very well recently and deserves a start tonight, either on his own or alongside Carlton.

Not sure about the lineup but one change from Wembley I'm sure we'll all welcome is the return of the hoody and gilet. Weird seeing Hurst on the touchline in that suite last Sunday.

Personally prefer a suited manager. Think he looked the business Sunday. Absolutely. I didn't think it suited him at all (no pun intended). Game of football our kid, not a wedding or a job interview... Hope he's back in his normal gear tonight, bad feng shui the suite I reckon...

two changes. Rodman and Payne in.
Bradford make 5 changes after their thrashing at the weekend. Old boy Nat Knight Percival lines up for them

I like the 11 we're putting out. Hurst is backing players and a system that have served us so well. Rodman coming back in is great news, I think we really missed him on Sunday.

Some nice cries of "Your ground's too big for you" ringing out and clearly audible on Sky. Pilch must be committing seppuku.

Ball spending an awful lot of time in the air isn't it. Not much football being played.
