Clear mom for me today.
A number of superb interceptions. Huge strength together with improving distribution and first touch.
Then he popped up with the late winner to seal the deal....

Toto was the absolute dogs today.
But my goodness that was an audacious last man step over he did their striker with at the end.

Absolutely outstanding today and was my man of the match.
I also note that he has dropped his reckless slide tackles this season which improves his chances of staying on the park.
I know I’m getting old but he reminds me in some ways of the late great Jim Holton

Clear man of the match but sometimes needs to do the basics, silly mistake could cost us one day, been a great signing though.

When Toto dummied their forward I thought Jeez, shades of Grando. Is that a good thing? dunno. My MoM was the quiet man, the man who see' s danger and mops up with no fuss, always well placed, wins his tackles and most of his headers. Step forward Matt Sadler.

I was definitely a Grandison fan but there's not much of a comparison with Toto from a defensive point of view IMO. The entertaining dummy today was an exception to how Toto normally plays as he generally sticks to the basics (as you said) and does them very well. In particular, he's much better than Jermaine was when he 's one to one with an attacker out wide. Think the " he's got a mistake in him" comments are a bit unfair as plenty of very good centre halves have - it goes with the position. Generally he's consistent and safe. Man of the Match for me today and that was before he scored.

I thought Matt wasnt up to his normal standard today, still a good performance though, funny how people see the game differently. Totally agree with all that has been said about Toto, my man of the match today. Loved his reading of the game, stepping in, heading and yes...step overs. Improves every time I see him play it seems.

Personally, I think Toto has been absolutely key in our progression under PH. He steadied the ship when things were dire, built up a superb partnership with Matt Sadler and got the best out of him, and still continues to progress.
For me, he's the standout player of the Paul Hurst reign, so far.

Won us 2 extra points today In my opinion Toto is punching above his weight. Let's see. I mean hes only been a constant amongst a back 4 that secured safety , that has taken us to a 15 game unbeaten run , and he pops up with 89th winner. Let us bow to others wisdom.

What I am finding exciting, is the loan players, Henderson and Godfrey are just as passionate as our own players.
Fantastic to see.

Shame about Grandison: should have been so much better. Too many step-overs, too many injuries. Released by Colchester, where is he now?
Toto is great the whole squad are great.

Yes, man of the match for his winning goal and some stunning tackles but that stepover looked like it was very rapidly improvised as he was about to lose the ball. I still sometimes shudder when he tries to overelaborate.
There was one moment in the first half where he won two important challenges in a row and Abu was covering behind him. If Toto doesn't get you, Abu will.
I also thought Rodman was outstanding.

I know I’m getting old but he reminds me in some ways of the late great Jim Holton My MOM too Certainly as good in the air as Jim Holton which is saying something- I would say better on the ground though than Jim The comparison with Grandison is also interesting Toto is certainly less entertaining going forward but really does the defensive basics so much better Also thought Sadler was top notch today

I've given up trying to name my MOM as it can usually be half the team. Happy to go along with Toto as MOM as his goal capped a very good performance. Thought Sadler was class yesterday as he reads the game so well and won every header Much harder for the midfielders and forwards to shine as Fleetwood put ten men behind the ball. Rodman was dangerous throughout, Whalley too but final ball was lacking. Nolan, Ogogo, Godfrey, the list goes on. Oh,almost forgot Henderson but he made a double save with his feet early on. It's an unbelievable time to be a Town supporter. The dream goes on - please don't wake me up.

Transformation in Toto this season has been fantastic to see. When he first arrive he looked very raw and made a lot of rash challenges which cost us goals and red and yellow cards
This season he’s gone back to basics and concentrated on staying on his feet and is so much better for it
Same goes for all the defence. They do the basics of defending very well and don’t try to do too much else. Like the rest of the defence Toto’s distribution is occasionally a bit off key, but more than happy to put up with that if the defensive side remains as solid as it has been

I commented on Facebook that Toto looks for all the world like he's getting coached into a better player and Sadler alongside him is a huge benefit.
What he's got that you can't coach is that he's a beast and utterly determined.
Just think he's not far off a year from when he was plucked from the scrap heap on the edges of the league with Hartlepool.
He knows he owes it all to Hurst and Doig and he's giving them everything.

I'd say Toto is less like Grandison and more like a bigger, better version of Darren Jones. Knows what he's good at, i.e. defending, and sticks to it by and large and does it very well. Keeps the passing simple, and probably does that a fair bit better than Jones. Other difference is that Jones used to talk Grandison through games, whereas Sadler plays that role in this partnership.
Still, the best defensive duo we've had for a while. Sadler reminds me a lot of Cansdell-Sherriff - he and Sharps are given a run for their money by these two.

Pretty crazy to see a guy who is dominating all before him in League One, yet could easily be plying his trade in the Conference if he had not left Hartlepool.

toto has made a huge difference to our defense (no pun intended) and he his header was outstanding ,he has made the transition to playing at league one seem easy.much to me relief he has cut out the sliding tackles that look a sure bet for a yellow card. however he does take unnecessary risks. three examples in yesterday game a poor back pass that he was bailed out by another player , he nearly got caught in possession and the ref bailed him out and the dummy to beat a forward when he was last man back any of which town could have been punished for. but overall the positives outweigh the small negatives
