I'm now in Hinstock. My son-in-law knows the Gardner's retreat, as he used to live in the area - he says it's not far from the OLD Stoke City ground- but about 2 and a half miles from the Britannia Stadium. He also says that the postcode given on the map (ST4 4BJ) is where the original Gardner's Retreat is (I.e- there is not a NEW one near to the Britannia)
PLEASE check and make sure- I'd be very worried to think you guys are going to be legging it 2 and a half miles to the stadium!!

I think we'll be alright Wiggy...I don't think it's too far from the ground... I hope you'll be popping in for a pre match drink to steady the nerves?

Fair enough- you must know if you live there! I was just worried that youy'd have a two and a half mile trek, that's all!
