What a load of daft buggers they are, the whole of Villa Park went mad in the second half thinking Liverpool were beating Newcastle The hospitality facilities there were excellent as were the seats in the McGregor Suite (first time I've watched a match from a padded seat) I love Villa Park as a stadium, why couldnt the Conference have staged its play off final there?

caught some of the game on the box and the best song I heard was :_-
"Who the FCUK knows the score "
Villa is a good ground but I've never been to Stoke's new ground

Have to say, I went to see them play Arsenal 2 seasons ago with Haz and a young French lad over on an exchange visit . Cost me £15 plus £5 each for the lads in the family stand - excellent value!

The wife is a Villa fan and I've been to a few matches at Villa Park in the last few years. Villa Park is ok - would have liked us to get there via the FA Trophy mind - but it does suffer from all seater syndrome (it's oh so quiet) at times.
Hopefully - not a problem for tomorrow!

Been there once when they played Coventry. I've never known such a great atmosphere.

Thought the atmosphere from the Holte End was amazing before the game, they soon went quiet though My Villa supporting Uncle thinks they are one of the quietest set of supporters in the Premiers**t though.

Cov are big local rivals (pre Blues being in the Prem). I was once in the Cov end at villa when they beat them 4-1 and agreed that was an atmosphere.

The day I went was the day City got relegated. 2-0 up and coasting at half time, the City fans (directly below me) were making a hell of a noise. Then Villa turned the game, won 3-2 and City went down. The place was absolutely rocking.

went the year villa went up _ feck me the noise when they scored - hurt my little town ears and they went up to the first div (prmiersheep) nest year Shrewsbury were relugated to the third div. (I think)
But it was very hot - and we watched STFC in a league game at Aston Villa - they should feel fevy grateful to have had us!!

I detest most things about Villa.
The chairman, manager and fans are all up there at the moment......
