Does anyone know what time the Ticketmaster site gets updated today and tomorrow for the next tier of loyalty point holders to buy tickets? Same problem this end - 11 loyalty points in my account but ticketmaster still telling me I dont have enough points and STFC not answering their phone until 14:00. Come on Town, sort it out. I'd rather not phone, thereby saving everyone time and effort but if you cant sort the website out I'll have to. What a nonsence working now. My wife is on 13 points and finally let me complete transaction about 20 minutes ago

This really is taking the p**s now. Been unable to purchase online despite having 11 loyalty points and the phone line wont connect either. Anyone know what the hell is going on? Were you trying from Orange/EE mobile? It doesn't work. Try a landline if you can.

Sounds like the situation I was in last week. I had 20+ points and my friend had 19. I could get in and select tickets etc but we waited until the 15+ band came into operation and suddenly it wouldn't let me in or let my friend buy my ticket due to me not having right number of points!!!! At this point I rang the club and asked them to get ticket office to phone me.

If any do go on general sale, who will be buying them, as I was told that it's strictly one ticket per person with a supporter number, and I'd have thought anyone with a supporter number would've at least had a few loyalty points, so would be sorted.

Only if they have been to a game this season and bothered to give their number when buying a ticket. Also situation where people have been buying tickets for 2 on one number.

Putting tickets on sale before advertised Is bloody annoying. I do not use Tw4tter at all - hopefully will get some in the morning. Not a happy bunny as to how this was communicated

Looking at the online seating plan there are plenty left so can't see any problems getting them tomorrow.

Still would LOVE an explanation from the club as to how we have sold 6000 tickets. 6,000 - 1,500 = 4,500. I would be VERY surprised if we have over 4,500 fans with ST's/with over 20 loyalty points. This cannot be right ! Our attendances have been very poor this season. Absolute joke. Interesting to see how STFC value fans. Yes I should be OK as I have over 5 points however it's the principle of it that makes me so mad. Money talks ££££. **** the corporate gobs****s, **** the club for allowing them extra tickets. Surely only pursable explanation. Getting madder and madder the more I think about it tbh On a brighter note, see you at Blackpool tomorrow chaps ! Not that I've gained any extra 'loyalty' points from going to that or the game last weekend. COYB have you got yourself sorted

I've tried all day and I'm unable to get to the ground today.
Doubt I'll be getting a ticket, I've got through loads of times but no one seems to be picking up?

No joy for anyone over the phone today as far as I can work out. EE mobiles and their friends won't ring num so use land line if poss. If you get through it either: cuts you off straight away; lets you through several queues and cuts you off; or lets you through several queues and asks you to record a message. :-)

Phones not answered on Friday till after 2, it is Thursday and those with loyalty points should be able to buy over the phone. As this is the only option for those now online not available pretty inexcusable state of affairs.

Went to ground today got there at 1 . 3 windows open and left at 2.10 no problems except wind and rain . Was surprised que was not longer. 1900 left at start of play today reckon they will do 800 a day so bout 300 on general imo

If anyone is stuck say now and I will go and buy you one today. Very kind of you that is, top man. Unfortunately I'm trying to buy for me and 3 more, all got points, all in my network online. After constant re-dialling all day at work still no joy. Sent emails too, no replies or info back. Oh well.

Evidently a mad rush as people finished work. I only just made it before they closed the queue.
I did feel sorry for people turned away. Some were evidently quite frustrated.
One chap was there like ninety seconds after me clutching a twenty so I got his too.
