Anyone notice that he didn't come over to applaud the fans at the end?
Not to mention his interview on the radio. He sounded postal.
The first real test of his mettle in the time he's been here. And at the moment I don't think he knows how to turn it around.

MM DID come and applaud the fans at the end. He looked as unhappy as we all were and it's his job to turn it round BUT it's our job to get behind him and the players not start sniping. COYB

Sadler by a country mile. I doubt we'll be seeing Halstead again. What did Tim Nash ask MM about Sadler? He said Northwestman on Blue and amber thinks he should be dropped and demetriou brought back and does he agree, also Sadler has been guilty of giving away 6 penalties ! MM skirted round it, said Ellis was to blame for the one at Rochdale, and the defence was cr@p against Coventry...yes his actual words. Tom Nash challenged MM answer describing penalalties given away by Sadler eg Millwall but Mellon was careful not to be drawn in, but interestingly was happy to single out Ellis! Is there any link available as to what exactly was said?

It would seem that Sadler is now to be employed on the left side of a back three against Fleetwood tonight.

what i remember with Sadler was the move to Shrewsbury was more convenient than any footballing reason - because him and his wife / partner wanted to move back to Shrewsbury. Therefore you wonder how motivated he is?

Therefore you wonder how motivated he is? Or more importantly, how little motivated he will be to leave with a 2 year contract in place and having secured the geographical location of his choice. Rotherham had been wise enough only to sign him on a 1 year deal.

And as for the suggestion he's not motivated to play because he's settled in the area, sorry but that is laughable. I accept he hasn't been great but some of the stuff being written is complete bollox
