Just been to the DVD showing at The Old Music Hall.
Very enjoyable couple of hours, good account of the success that last season was and yet another shining example of how this club has changed in such a short time in taking the effort to engage the supporter base and to try new things. Well done to all involved in making this happen

Excellent evening, thanks to my girls and wife for getting it for me.
Very professional, thanks to Matt Williams and Ian Dawes for taking their time out on a Sunday to attend and greet everyone.
Like Jamo said shows how far we have come as a club. Well done those involved

I thought the DVD itself was brilliant and the evening a great success.
It certainly reminded me just what a loss Wesolowski was, and Mangan would be.
Mickey Mellon's sense of empathy for what friends of Colin Bloomfield must have felt at the Cheltenham game was really profound.
Buy the DVD folks. It's far and away the best thing like that I've seen from stfc.

A very good evening and a professional DVD, well done to everyone concerned.
A big thank you to Matt Williams for attending and to Ian Dawes too.
One question I do have, is where were the commercial team, we need to be careful that Matt seems to be at the centre of most events, shame as CEO he was the one to have to hand out the DVD's. I would have expected to see Richard Hill there or perhaps Whitters.
I also thought this was sold as an 'exclusive event'. If so why was the DVD on sale before last nights event??
Well done to everyone though.
Roger

I know I had a conversation about the crowd facing advertising and was told that upto 2013/14 it was a private company that sorted this. But then last year it was down to the club and I guess the Commercial department but only 3 boards had anything on so now back to a private company! Only questions, may be legitimate answers. Oh he did launch the very succesfull Ledgend's Card

Bought the DVD yesterday, it really is excellent. The quality is superb and it is a great summary of our promotion winning season. I would get a copy before they sell out, excellent piece of memorabilia for the future.

The production is a vast improvement on the Resolution produced videos from the 90s.....
We scored some excellent team goals last season. Mind you we conceded some howlers too.
Also it showed how unlucky we were at places like Cambridge, Bury, Southend, Plymouth and Burton.

With respect the resolution video productions were done 20 + years ago with little or no financial input from STFC at the time on a very limited budget and nowhere near the technology we have now, plus quality on VHS was never great was it tbh. The new DVD looks fantastic and with whits and the team onboard now we are v fortunate

I should have really expanded the post by discussing how technology has changed and how the Club has become more astute in the commercial department. But I needed a dump as I usually do at that time of the morning.

I've also watched it twice. The feature which allows you to select specific games means I've watched certain highlights far, far too many times. Great DVD.
