Leaving Brentford at the end of the season. Very harsh IMO, think he's done a great job in taking them to a play-off challenging team

Club statement included......"As part of a remodelling of the club's football management, a head coach will be appointed to work alongside a new sporting director. "There will also be a new recruitment structure using a mixture of traditional scouting and other tools including mathematical modelling.

I look forward to watching them return to Level 4. They will be able to play another foreign owned London club there - Leyton Orient.

Mathematical modelling = soccernomics. Tony Pulis is a great user of this I believe and I suspect it's becoming more and more influential in the game.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Staying up in The Championship would have been a great achievement let alone challenging for the play offs.
Reminds me a bit of Adkins at Southampton and look at them now.
Of course, could very easily see them swing the other way, very risky move
