Don't know why I get my hopes up. Absolutely shambolic performance from England. Positives - Jimmy and Moeen's bowling. Negatives - everything else. But at least it is doubtful whether Woakes could possibly have a worse game.

Disappointing performance, just not at the races.
Australia look to have a formidable line up for the world cup.

Faulkner potentially about of the world cup. Big blow to the Aussies. I still think the Kiwi's are a great outside bet, their form is incredible and they've got a lot of match winners in Southee, Boult, Taylor, Williams, McCullum and Anderson.

Agree, have to be 3rd favourites. It'll be one of them, Saffers or the Aussies to win.

Agree that Woakes had a 'mare: 0 for 89 with the ball from his 10 overs... and a golden with the bat. Not that it would have altered the result one jot, but surely a return for Chris Jordan in the two warm up matches before the World Cup is likely.

I fancy South Africa to do well, especially if Amla and AB de Villiers get going. They've got a top class bowling line up as well.

Shame that Ben Stokes is not in the squad.... currently enjoying himself with the Lions in South Africa!!!!! www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/cricket/31094679

Right decision to drop him. What a response though... Wish we could swap him for Ravi...

Rubbish death bowling again. Short s**t all the time. None of them can bowl a yorker.

Good workout, unlike the embarrassing win against the windies. Going to be a good World Cup for us I think. IMHO we've got the strongest squad since 1992.

Stuart Broad looks very rusty, I don't think he'll make the 11 for the opening fixture against Australia. The captain is also short of runs, not a good sign at this stage.
