Just a quick but very heartfelt Thank You to all of you out there on B and A and beyond for your kind Wishes and Thoughts relating to my recent spell in Hospital.
Am back at home now and in the very capable and kind hands of a Team of Carers who will hopefully help me establish as independent a life style as possible following my turn for the worse of the last few weeks.
I am still extremely tired and washed out but a close group of Friends are determined to get me to the game tomorrow come what may..........but I have to be realistic and right now listening on Radio Slops seems a more likely option.
I am hopeful for a decent recovery from my present difficulties but am going to have to be patient and take things one day/step at a time............those that know me will know that I am absolutely hopeless at that but I'll give it my best shot.
If I don't make it tomorrow give the Lads a hearty cheer for me and help set them on another good run of form resulting in the promotion from this Cloggers League that we all so desperately crave and wish for.
Once again Many Thanks as above and I am humbled to be part of not simply a Football Fans Forum but also part of a sound and strong connection of Friendships..............

Ed, good to hear you are home.
Almost wet myself when read about you needing to be patient. Brightened my whole day.
Hope you are back giving your full support in person to Mr Leutweiller soon

Good to hear that you are making progress Eddie. Probably for the best that you missed Exeter - that 2nd half would have knocked your recovery back weeks. look forward to seeing you at a game in the near future,

No, Exeter was probably exactly what was required - winning all the time - far too much excitement! All the best Eddie!

Alan ask Ed the bloke was hilarious - the Ward was mad...it got worse when Pab tipped up.
It cost me £3 for half an hour parking...grrrr NHS rip off
Lovely proper female nurses......

Andy and I popped in to see Eddie yesterday morning.
Whilst he continues to be poorly, he was in good spirits. I think he certainly provides a daily challenge for staff at the home with his wit and stubborn approach!!!
He passes on his best wishes to all B&A'ers
Get well soon mate

Thanks lads good to see you both and catch up on some of the news.......Thanks also for the chocolates, they were awesome.
"The Thorntons Imaginary Selection" is always my favourite as each one you eat can be literally any centre you desire, soft, toffee, nut fudge the variety is boundless and again much appreciated.
Got to the game ok but sadly still using a wheelchair so didn't get to say Hello to as many people as I would have liked...good 3 points though and well deserved.
Hope to be there again Saturday so may see a few more faces then...onwards and upwards.... and Windy don't fret about the money you owe me its been a couple of years now so couple more months wont hurt.....really not a problem...
