Must be, with Clark in the 11 and Wildig on the bench. That'd be my selection anyhow, if all are fit.

Interesting to see what formation we go for - should be an attaking line-up.

Mellon will probably swap Clark for Laurence and Wes for Griffin

Mellon will probably swap Clark for Laurence and Wes for Griffin That could well be it - will be disappointed if it is.

So we will probably send Wildig out on loan, and keep Griffiths. **** me sideways.

Griffin?! Griffiths?!!?
Btw, Griffith started and did a very tidy job in front of the three centre-halves for 80 mins.

Good signing Griffith.
Proven at League 1 and League 2 level and I suspect he is a very minimal wage as he came from non-league.

Hadn't been impressed by the limited amount I had seen Griffith before today.
But, he was superb this afternoon - loves a tackle but also a good organiser. One or two stray passes, but the same could be said for most players.

How injured is Lawrence. does it range from diplomatic tooth ache to something more serious. I think we should know if he is playing on Tuesday or Saturday. from where I was sat, he turned the game round for us against Chelt.

Think mm said tight hamstring from training on the radio and should be ok Tuesday

Strangely at 11.01 on Friday MM said about Liam
"He’s trained really well this week and we’ll look forward to the weekend and him carrying that on.”
After the game MM said
he was disappointed that Liam Lawrence had tweaked a hamstring in training that led to his exclusion from the squad, and both Lawrence and the suspended James Wesolowski stayed behind in Shropshire to rest up.
What training goes on the afternoon before a game I wonder?

Does anyone have any insight into the LL story ? Still cannot understand why he had all those games on the bench.
Griffith played much better than in his previous outing but I still think that the two defensive midfielders is a formation that just doesn't work for us - we just do not look like getting a goal.

I think it's more a case of we're creating but not taking those chances for me - we've had more efforts at goal in every away league game so far this season than our opposition bar at Northampton, and whilst we could certainly create more clear-cut chances, I feel the stats show a story here.
