What a refreshing interview that is.
Very honest and gave some good answers.
Particularly liked how he wants Woods to try and be more creative and chip in with some goals and it also sounds like we will be seeing more of his "personal friend" Liam Lawrence.
Top bloke and I am glad to have him at this football club.

Excellent interview.
Good points made throughout especially about identifying a players strengths and weaknesses and adapting playing styles to suit (Leutwiler punches rather than catches and defenders have been told to expect this as it's a natural thing he will do). They've got to get to know one another and once they do then we will really know what we have in front of us.
It looks like he wants to play the squad game but understands that playing regularly is also good for the player. I got the feeling that anyone going out on loan would know that they are a Shrewsbury player first and foremost and still part of his plans. I doubt Wildig and McAllister would've felt any different unlike say Jake Robinson from a few years back who proved his point so dramatically (think it was a loan?)
Great point about communication with the fans. He looked genuinely surprised that fans didn't know about the Robinson injury.
I felt he held back a bit on Liam Lawrence as if he had 'something up his sleeve' as far as he went (rest for a Jemson giantkilling role in the swansong of his career maybe?!)
The overall feeling I got was that he was really happy with the way everything was going and he was proud to be here at our club and that's bloody good for a guy who's just six months into the job.

Very honest and interesting to hear his views on both the goalkeeper and our away form.

Regardless of Towns finishing place this season, I find MM to be a thoroughly decent man and genuinely enjoy his honesty.

Great interview, MM is a very impressive talker and refreshingly straight. You get the impression that he can be tough as and when necessary, that he trucks no nonsense, but that he is a supportive and nurturing boss. I'd be desperate to give my all for him and earn his respect and appreciation if I were one of his players.

Anybody else a little perturbed about what he said about Leutwiler? "I'd prefer it if he caught it more" and the other defenders have got to get used to him punching it all the time.
How well did he scout him in the first place?

Fast becoming my favourite ever Town manager. Going into work, training and the matchday are a pleasure. Treats you as a person and makes you feel like a vital cog in the whole scheme of things.
