Out of the pubs which one is most family friendly, my 5 year old will hopefully be joining me and get to enjoy the game (if I get organised in time!) Don't know if it's still the case but a few years ago I the kids to York for a mini break and virtually non of the pubs would allow young children in because the didn't hold a children's license

We are staying for a few days (in fulford) so will hopefully coordinate a mornings entertainment close enough to the ground so that we have a leisurely trip to the ground

As correctly advised above the Judges is ok if a bit over priced, even us Yorkies don't like the rip off prices, The Exhibition pub on Bootham is quite good with some over priced fair. Personally I would go to the Hole In The Wall (just thru Bootham Bar) if you see the Minster and its in the shadow. Places to avoid The Bootham Tavern and The White Horse, on matchdays, these can we say be lively and not suitable for for the family.

Away friendly pubs are usually The Burton Stone and The Corner House, both which are within less than 10mins walk to BC, once at the main gates of BC there is a decent fish and chip shop called "Frying Squad" again literally 2mins around the corner and all the stewards will happily direct yourselves, again just here to help

Confirmed that Wesalowski will miss the game because of five bookings - which makes the decision to farm out Wildig now even more baffling.

Unless I missed something, Wildig is still with us and hasn't left yet. Assume he'll make the bench tomorrow, with Clark ahead of Lawrence and Woods in a 5-3-2.
