I went to Molineux last night for the first time. The password in the media suite for internet access was 'MINDLESS'

Was chatting to a Wolves mate of mine about him, he says he has this reputation of someone who calls it as it is, is very honest and is seen as a breath of fresh air amongst the standard, There's an old quote from some famous Yorkshire man (cant remember who it was though). He said; I say what I like and I like what I bleedin well say! That was a harry enfield character Yorkshire man!!.

I see. Because I don't think Mick McCarthy is boring and bland, it therefore follows that I am a Wolves fan? Guilt by association? or is BaystonBlue just thick? If you read my post you will see that it reads, " MAYBE, MOST of you are Wolves fans. It was meant as a comment. Did i mention you by name, NO. It seems you are showing all the signs of being paranoid. Typical behaviour of a Wolves fan i would say. ( Before you reply this last sentence will be completely lost on you.) Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt. Good advice there, from Abraham Lincoln.

As someone who has known BaystonBlue for over 40 years, I can confirm that he is neither "thick" or a "fool".

If you want to play the game try this for size; " A facility for quotation covers the abscence of original thought" Dorothy L. Sayers. Much like your hero Mick (McBoring) McCarthy. I see that you have also taken to spice up your posts by personal insults, which i feel is completely consistent with the actions of a ****witted nobjockey like your self. No offence intended.

You got me. Cleverer than me in all departments. NOT. Obviously (I hate the word obviously) Dorothy was talking about you, as well as me. Well, you used the quote. You're using insults. I wasn't. I wrote how I felt, based on the rubbish that you talk. (Not an insult, not even an opinion. it's fact) It is the only way to guage someone in this environment. How do you know I'm a nobjockey? you don't even know who I am! it just kind of proves my point doesn't it. Now run along.

Not a big fan of the Yorkshire drone-meister myself. Think a bit like 'Olly' he's begun to believe his own press with regard to his post-match 'witticisms'. Even my missus was moved to shout 'he's asking for the viewers, not out of personal bloody curiosity' at the TV when he umbridge at being asked if he'd 'given up hope' against Swansea on MOTD. Although any bloke who's had a spectacular falling out with Keano can't be all bad

Obviously you you hate the word "obviously" so much you used it twice, eh!! Because you disagree with my comments concerning one McCarthy M. you start rubbishing my posts. Disagree by all means, but it would be nice to know that you can hold differing views without resorting to childish name-calling. Its called freedom of expression. You're probably a young man who hasn't as yet learned how to express his opinions in an adult fashion. " It is the only way to gauge someone in this environment" Sorry, lost me on that one. I could go on and on, but i won't as i don't think it would be fair on you.
Jog on son.

I have a lot of time for Baystonblue.
A rare beacon of light in the darkness that is B&A's membership.

Thank you for that. The truth is, i don't know CCR from Adam. He's probably a good lad, but when some-one disagree's with a post of mine, great, put your point of view forward and that's it'. BUT, when you start calling me thick because you do not agree, then for me that's it, it's open season, and i'm gonna come for you with both barrels. I enjoy crossing swords with some, and sometimes it gets a bit sharp, but that only adds to the fun. I've given Pilch some stick( don't know him) and had some back, great. Jamo's a fair target( i know him) and i know a few others. If i don't agree with their views i say so, but i respect their views and have never disrepected them for their differing opinions. End of.

As an aside, O/T question Baystonblue, I don't suppose you have a dog which you exercise at Lyth Hill regularly?

Very offensive. This insightful comment just about sums up the situation regarding your football knowledge. My difficulty is with believing that he can have over 40 years life experience, and still spout the cr@p he does.

Fairly sure I remember you inviting us all to 'mark your words' when asserting that Marc Tierney didn't have the required ability for League Two level. Obviously a shrewd judge of a player. People in glass houses...

OK, cards on the table time.
BaystonBlue, I didn't call you thick. I merely asked the question, "is BaystonBlue thick?". Exkeeper replied to say that you weren't, to which I bowed to his greater knowledge. I don't know you, he does.
I am old enough to form an opinion (in my opinion, which I am old enough to form)
In fact I am old enough to remember well going to Molyneux back in the season of 78-79 in the FA cup quarter final. I also remember being pelted with concrete, bins etc after the match as I walked under a subway, and from that day to this, I have not had any time for Wolves, but that doesn't mean that I agree that Mick McCarthy is bland and boring. Your opinion. It doesn't make me a Wolves fan.
In fact, I consider that the first insult in this exchange, then you call me names etc.
I bear you no malice. Maybe sometime, we can catch up and have a drink and a chat. I'd like that!

I well remember the classless behaviour of the yam-yams that year. I wish McCarthy all the luck in the world, in taking them............................................................DOWN.

Thanks for your post, much appreciated. I think we should draw a line under it now and accept that maybe we mis-read each others posts or intentions. Would be more than happy to drink with you sometime. As i don't know you, maybe you could wear your gold and black shirt so i could pick you out. Thats a joke.
