On Soccer AM tommorow at 10.30am. We are in the North West Section and could draw either: Accrington Stanley, Bury, Carlisle United, Crewe Alexandra, Port Vale, Tranmere Rovers or Walsall. Who do want to have? Port Vale or Walsall at home for me

None of them appeal to me, but please not Tranmere at home or Calrisle away! Tranmere away would be OK but just because I've never been there.

Who do I want? Not fussed, Cup which needs to go really. Agreed, not sure what the point in it is tbh. Many of the ties are against teams we have played in recent years and theres nothing in it that can be achieved in other competitions. Even if we do beat the odds and win the thing unless we replicate that by promotion it will have been a disapointing season.

Good chance to blood a few youngsters too there is 2 reasons for you

And yes I know we have lost twice there. However a trip to Wembley or three points away say at Oxford this season, know what I'd prefer.......

Also I am sure younger players can be brought on gradually in some of the league games. I know the reserve league has been scrapped but the high profile local friendlies could also be used for this when they are arranged aswell.

I like this competetion its a chance for teams like us to hve a day out etc. People who bang on about they have no intrest will gain intrest the further we get.
Any one at home and avoid Carisle they seem to be a side who take this comp very serious

We haven't beaten Walsall in well over 15 years (might even be closer to 20).
I'd take any opportunity to rectify that, even if it is the JPT.

Long way to travel, add to that there not in it, maybe because they play in Poland.

Warsaw would be the best draw for us, need to play them and beat them for the first time in ages!!

Walsall, Port Vale either home or away would do me.
Worst possible draw would be Carlisle away.

Dull pointless competition in my opinion though I think the fact that we've been to Wembley a couple of times in recent years clouds our judgement.
Given a choice though and I would want Walsall at home.

It's not often I bother travelling for the early rounds of the JPT, but on this occasion I think I just might. Aside maybe from getting them at home, that's about the best draw we could have asked for, so I'm pretty happy with that.

Far too many more important matches to go to. They should have the final at a different stadium at least that would be something. According to Soccer AM we are going to Poland anyway.
