Awful, awful performance.
Starting to understand why Coventry let him go.

very poor, gave the Torquay lad so much space to pull back for the 2nd goal, should have been closer and just made sure he couldnt get the ball in.

Awful, awful performance. Starting to understand why Coventry let him go. Why pick on him, the only town player who performed at all tonight was Sadler the rest demonstrated no skill and lacked any bottle.

Why pick on him, the only town player who performed at all tonight was Sadler the rest demonstrated no skill and lacked any bottle. This is true, but for me Grandison was stand out bad. Everytime he tried to play a ball up the line he sliced it out of play. How can a pro footballer not be able to kick the ball without slicing it every time???

Absolutely not a full back or even defender - not once tonight can I recall a pass finding its intended target once leaving the boot of JG, not the worst performer tonight though.

He was poor, gave the ball away cheaply far too often but everyone probably bar Sadler was today. You can't judge him on that performance, he's just come back from injury and he's only young. It was only a few weeks ago that everyone was singing his praises. Individually and collectively it was a poor performance, no point in singling anyone out.

I think he tried really hard and was unlucky with a few bounces. Having a go won't help and we all need to get behind the lad. Come on Grandison owd lad, you can do it.

Wow-hang the lad out to dry folks! How times change eh Yes as bad as tonight was hanging the blame on a young lad with not many games doesn't help things a great deal. We've got a fair few young players in the side and that perhaps showed tonight, especially when sharps went off. League 2 play off might not be the biggest of games but thought a few of our lads looked nervous tonight

I thought you guys loved him, how things changed. By the way, do you remember a guy called Viv Kasule, now he was a character!

Shows what i must know bout football, thought he was one of our better players, which isnt saying much about the others. He started off well at least. Sure, gave Robbo too much room for their second goal but the guy who scored had the loads of time to get the shot in and Smith should of done better. No one covered themselves in glory today unfortunatley.

He wasn't our worst player - I can think of at least two worse.
He's young, inexperienced and out of position. Doesn't deserve to be the scapegoat for the team's failings tonight. That helps no-one.

Lacked nous.

Caught out of position often, gave attackers far too much space, awful throw-ins and crosses, pointless stepovers and lots of passes sliced out of touch. Didn't see anything positive in him other than willingness. With Taylor making some poor decisions and losing the ball in dangerous positions too much, we looked really vulnerable down our right.

I thought you guys loved him, how things changed. By the way, do you remember a guy called Viv Kasule, now he was a character! Like many others on here, i can say i was there when he scored his best 3 STFC goals, one against you guys actually, a 25/30 yard curler into the top corner, which he repeated a week or so later away at Oldham on their placki pitch (might of been before the Swindon match actually) and then the infamous Leeds goal. Unbelievable football talent only bettered by his drinking abilities!

Cheers Bert, yeh, wish people like that were still in the game. I had a few bevvies with a guy called sammy Aiston a few years' back, now he could drink, he absolutely adores Shrews, and a guy called Daz Moss turned up, he was hammered.

Wasn't too clever for the 2nd goal true but if your keeper can't save a near post shot from 20 yards with a clear view he ain't really helping things too much either

He was poor but so were the whole team for me. Didn't their second goal start with a really poor defensive header from the centre back that rather went up field went sideways on to a Torquay player? Pretty sure we had a chance to clear it only for it to ball for Robinson on the left, was it Talyor who lost it? From there it became two nil. The space the lad had to have shot, where were the midfield? The keeper making an pretty cr@p effort to keep it out.
Just summed it that second goal. Just a terrible, terrible performance from everyone...
He were poor but so were everyone else. As said, his passing and clearances were bad. But then how many players were able to find a pass? Not too many. Just ended up long ball to Harrold. Who unfortunately could not trap a breezeblock last night...

Don't make the lad a scapegoat. Everybody was poor yday and picking on him when we all know he's been playing out of position at rb since he's signed for us isn't fair.

Grandison will become a very good player. Didn't think he was as bad as some people are saying on here. He's still young, give the lad a chance.

Yesterday he was definitely the stand out worst player for us, slow, immobile and clumsy but worst of all unfit, inexcusable for a pro footballer, especially at this stage of the season.
