The wingers have not swopped flanks during games since Taylor broke into the team. It might be an option again after Saturday

His enthusiasm, energy and desire, aswell as his quality on the ball make him now a key player for us, one we MUST keep

I thought the change was made to enable Ainsworth to play on the right, don't think he can play both wings like Taylor. Anyway, Collins and Wright needed to be replaced, and the substitutions had the required effect...3 lovely points. Can see that formation taking the field atg Rotherham.

I'm sure Graham Taylor knows what he is doing, we have to believe that or else we may as well call for his resignation. I can understand his position on the "Robinson" loan, time was tight and he needed to release Robinson and sign Wroe. Who got the best deal? No argument. I don't feel that we will lose young Taylor, he seems well settled and enjoying playing at the G.M. By the way, did'nt we all call for G.T. to hurry up and sign Mark Wright permanently. Done wonders for his levels of performance since, i don't think. Who's Graham Taylor!!

Judging by the calibre of clubs who had of scouts present at Saturday's game, I hope none of them have approached Taylor!

I'm with the club and Mr Turner on this one. I might be wrong, but isn't it in the club and the players best interest to wait until the season is over?
Upside: The player stands to gain an enhanced league 1 contract should we go up, the club will be able to offer said contract, atm they can't.
Downside: We stay in league 2 player gets offered a league 2 contract, player thinks hmmm so and so in league 1 wants me, phones agent next thing you know he's signed for another club in league 1.
Conclusion: Club/player expect/ hope to get promoted therefore both sides are happy to sit this out until the end of the season.
