The ref needs a swift tomahawk to the head! Man, that goal decision was a disgrace, especially given who the opposition were and Bury losing.
Serious injustice.

They got nothing be use we were disciplined!
Harrokd and Collins got beat up!
The linesman flagged a pen last kick of the game and the ref blows full time after the flag went up!!
Shocking

The "goal" that was given is almost certainly the worst decision I have ever seen live.
One of those "I was there" bizarre experiences.
The Collins foul is an odd one because apparently the ref has said he "played advantage" in which case it was a foul and so was still a red card, so either way he totally botched it.
Appalling decisions, and no wonder Turner was raging on the radio.

Well the give away sign that is was not a goal as non og the Wycombe fans moved when smith saved it.
What did the lino see to give it? Smiths arm did not come from behind the line like when some keepers pull the ball back but that didnt happen. I and many more people in block 18 and 19 were just stunned.

Disgrace. Collins onside because the ball was played back. Collins fouled, last man - wycombe down to ten. and the goal, both him and the linesman are a complete failure, you cannot give that. The Wycombe fans and player reactions told you all you need to know. I hate saying it, cos we should've finished chances too, but today we were robbed.

Yeah right in front of me! The flagged, then the ref blew after the flag had gone up!
A linesman with a clue would have informed the ref he had flagged!

Terrible ref and lino! It will be interesting to see how those who constantly defend the refs on this board defend him on this occasion they will need to be quite creative i suspect Not sure about the offside but definite foul on Collins and ref bottled penalty at the end and everyone knows it wasnt over the line

unbelievable - as TBH says, probably the worst decision I have ever seen live - only other one that comes close was a terrible goal for Doncaster which was miles offside, but that was prob 20 years ago
Not sure about decisions at South Stand end, but I was surprised to see the flag go up for offside
Hopefully we will get a couple of decisions, but that one will take some evening out

Was at the far end in block 13 so have no idea if the ball crossed the line for the Wycombe goal, but otherwise ref didn't get too much wrong in my opinion
Collins goal was just offside as Sadler wasn't on the byline when he crossed the ball and linesman flagged as soon as collins touched it. Also thought the defender got a bit of the ball when Collins was going through and Collins made a meal of it.
Sharps and Davies were lucky to get away with retaliating to challenges, so overall the decisions evened themselves out. Of more concern is the panic our forwards had when they got near goal - the lack of composure from Harrold, Taylor and Bradshaw when they had very good chance is what cost us the game

No way a goal - the Wycombe fans never celebrated or anything. No idea how the linesman thought he could see what happened or why the ref didn't say something of the sort to him.
I am sick to death of people telling me it will even out - it won't!!! I am still waiting for the 'even out' for the shocking corner decision at Wembley all those years ago!!
Didn't realise the linesman had flagged for a penalty - so another diabolical decision and did he play 4 minutes anyway?
I am also fed up that there is no way officials can be reported for not doing their jobs properly - in other walks of life folks would lose their jobs!!
I wouldn't mind if today was a one off either but bad decisions that change matches are becoming far too normal for me.

For those who have access to ShrewsPlayer the goalline incident is shown from behind the goal and it as clear as the day is long that the ball was saved before the ball got anywhere near the goalline, nowhere near even crossing the line, unbelievable decision!!!

possibly the worst officiating crew we have had at the new place. totally inept in all aspects.
Their goal, given by a lino who was not in line, 30yds away with the goalkeepers body INFRONT of the goal line and the ball no where near making contact yet he gives it. (did any of the ball touch any of the line, never mind cross it entirely?!!!)
I thought Collins moved onto a ball cut back by Sadler 5mins before which would have wrapped the win up.
Collins clearly pulled back by their CH, his recovery challenge looked ok, but the pull was the first offence = RED.
At the end it was an embarrasing cock up - Lino I think flagged for a penalty as Harrold clearly pulled (again), yet he sheepishly dropped the flag and wondered onto the field. Total confusion and bottle job from the officials.
I would say that Turner equally bottled it and made no changes to go and turn that game, to take off weary or ineffectual players. (Davis weary, Wright largely ineffective) Wycombe made the changes & we sat and waited, and sat & waited.

The amount of bad referees we are getting is disgusting. I know this is League Two but I can't even remember it being half as bad in the past few seasons.
It really does make you wonder sometimes if referee's really are biased. They're bound to have families and friends who support teams? And how a ref from Staffordshire is allowed to ref a Port Vale game I have no idea.
This was a crucial game which could well have cost us promotion and how on earth can a ref give a goal if it hadn't even touched the line! At the end when I think it was Collins was the last man he didn't get the ball whatsoever and chopped him down. Worse than Sharps's which he got sent off for.
As soon as the ref saw the lino flagged for a pen he blew for full time and I thought we didn't even play the full 4 mins as well.
Disgusting.
Very, very p**sed off. This will come back to haunt us.
That's Worst ref I've ever seen officiate us ever. Seriously. He gave just about every 50/50 challenge to them and at least twice I thought we were fouled and he gave a free kick to them.

totally agree that the ref was a complete fool, who on the face of it was inept and not up to the job.
this should not however distract us from the fact that we had more than enough chances to bury wycombe even with the ref included in their team.
