There are two separate licences needed for the concert - one is a general licence for the ground to hold such events, which has now gone through. The second is the specific licence concerning each event which will require a separate travel plan, policing arrangements, first aid cover etc etc which is based on the anticipated crowd attending that event. That licence goes to committee next month.
