How does Banim get picked ahead of Rodgers???
I've been very critical of Luke this season hes been poor, very poor in fact but ,and its just my opinion,I think I'd still go for a poor Luke Rodgers or am I being hard on Banim???
Banim seems off the pace to me every time I've seen him, except his debut home to Telford. His first touch is usually dreadful and as for speed well he simply aint got any.............am open to changing my mind but certainly not convinced as yet.

totally agree doesn't really matter who plays up front service is awful - all we do is punt aimless balls forward, especially Sedgemore who is as crap as Rioch was - only other outlet is aiston, who was fine for 25 Mins - but patently not yet fully fit. But quinn signed him so he has to play him

On the last two performances he must be shagging Quinn to get a start.
Mind you, unlike Luke nowadays, he does pass the ball. But he has no pace or acceleration and looked well out of it today. Did you see that incident second half when a Telford player game him a two yards head start and still comfortably beat him.
I'm concerned he may not cut the mustard.

Banim has had the "Shrewsbury Treatment"
Buy a confident lower league striker, leave him int he reserves for three months then play him on the wing.
Then play him up front and wonder why he doesn't know where the goal is and has zero confidence
apparently you have to be this adept at man management to get a UEFA pro badge

Interesting, its all opinions I guess but I thought Banim was pretty awful at Barnet apart from the shot that lead to the goal and I'd have subbed him at half time.
Also Saturday the only thing that impressed me about him was just how slow he was and what an eternity he takes to have what I consider to be an extra touch on the ball all the time.
Interesting as I said,cheers...........

Someone please explain to me: 1. Where was the passion tonight? 2. Did anyone tell the team that we were playing TELFORD not just anybody but TELFORD - a team with nothing to lose but their pride and they sure as hell weren't going to do that? 3. Has anybody told our players that they have to run towards the ball - it does not automatically go to them? I could go on but I'm too fed up............... please someone explain to me why my son travels from Yorkshire (5hours there and back out of his life) to watch his words this rubbish (well not quite his words!) and feel that he is showing more passion that the team while he is supporting?? Your're all much better at this football explaining than I .... so someone please help
