Do trains run between telford and shrewsbury on a bank holiday? I'm unsure as to wheather they do or not...

my experience of weekends and particularly bank holidays means you are best to assume that a seriice isnt working and if it is that it is severely delayed/altered

No, i use trains all the time, in fact ime gettin one tommorrow. My experience with bank holidays is that they are more on time than usual, probably because there are less people using them.

Weekends are terrible, but as lazyshrew says, bank holiday is a decent time to get a train. It's a chance to see the rail network working properly for a change. And you may even get a seat!

bank holidays are susually great for getting trains, except for the ones that they pick to carry out the repairs on, as less people are using the trains.
Safest bet is to check every journeyin advance.
