since it seems our current crop of strikers all nees 68 chances just to get a shot on target let alone score id play lowe and cramby up front and give em a go, its been said that darby works harder but whilst he is dropping deep and holding the ball up he aint gonna be at the end of things in the box is he, let the midfield do that job? and lukey is trying to run a one man show at the mo, and current form dictates he cant do it. we need the midfield to win the ball there stop dropping deep and push up with the ball and get quick balls to the front men as Aldershot did so well against us last week?

Sounds like a Quinn-ism, but if you want those two up front, how about putting Dubba-Dee in the hole ?

Darby is playing far too well up front to be dropped IMO.
Yesterday Lowe seemed comfortable on the right ing and offered us some much needed width. He actually put in two or three fantastic crosses. I'd stick with him on the right wing for the next couple of games and see how he gets on

ye keep it at 442, its a bit more solid and we need to do the basics more, also its easier to play players in their favoured positions?

becasue 433 just doesn;t work Grinfish That's why I was embarassed to suggest it, but I wouldn't want to see one of the most gung-ho in our crop dropped!

If Tolley and O'Conner are fit they will play in the centre, if they are stil not fit then it will be the same as yesterday.

If we had not bought so many other strikers this would be an option- I still think Ryan is the best natural finisher at the club (now where have you heard that before). However, he showed yesterday that he can do the wide right midfield role and I guess he should stay there now- shame that Mossy suspension is pending because their understanding is excellent. Front two? based on current form and effort, yesterday's pairing but Cramb/Rodgers would be more productive in my opinion

FFS! How many times?! Quinn has already stated that Ryan Lowe IS NOT a striker in his eyes. Hence the arrivals of so many strikers this season and the continued playing of Ryan Lowe at right midfield. This argument is like a stuck record. Its not going to happen. Quinn would sooner play himself upfront than Lowe.

well you could say that street aint a left winger but plays there, sedge aint a left back but plays there , rioch aint a footballer but plays? so whats wrong with playin some one who can score goals upfront

The last thing I'd do now is change it around any more.
Stick to 4-4-2 and give Lowe another chance on the wing.
