the problem is, who are we going to support??? i mean, obviously under normal circumstances i'd hope canvey humiliate them ;D but if they do then telford might miss out some extra cash.... hmm it's tricky. i wouldn't want to wish going bust on any club, but neither can i quite bring myself to support them on the pitch, unless of course we were going to directly benefit. then again - perhaps if they don't beat canvey they can finish their season a month early and so get some of the wages off the books - surely that has to be good for them in the longer term COME ON CANVEY!!!!

I live near Telford- Im very saddened with what has happened to them this week but I am not interested in their result tomorrow because we have a very very important game.- I hope they fill their stadium but it has to be with Telford fans because that will be a sign that they want and have a future. There are many ways we could help but the simplest is to maybe sell out again for the league game and the same again for the ShopsSenCup in the close season. Some teams rally after something like this but with injuries against a Canvey side who I think will at least be mid table next year, well the odds are stacked against them. Good Luck

But 5 grand a man to win 3 games of footy is a fair incentive is it not

COME ON CANVEY! its back to football now. id hate to see em go out of business but thats it,wouldnt mind em beating chester though. its good that town fans want to do summat for em,but it might be wise to wait and see what happens.id hate to see your hard earned money going to pay off previous owners debts.

Telfors wont have an easy ride of it against Canvey anyway. This is the canvey Island that beat Cheaster last year 5-0 over 2 legs.
