Quinny attempted to get all 3 of these in, all could have filled the slots on the right and left. At least he tried. Isn't Hall an international for Jamaica, or used to be?

Bit of a relief he didn't get Eyres really - if memory serves, he's either 39 or 40

No, we have enough bad players already. Darby was a big name for the lower leagues, so is Cramb, Howie was in the Scotland squad a few years back, Quinny can attract at least some players with a decent reputation.

Real shame about David Eyres. Is he out of favour at Oldham now?
Absolute quality dead ball player. Takes wicked corners and free kicks.
Saw a lot of him when he was at Blackpool in the early '90's. He used to beat people for fun on the wings and put in tremendous crosses.
At one time Blackpool had Eyresy on the one wing and Trevor Sinclair on the other, teams just had no answer!
Has in recent years played with equal success at left back. I really would have loved to have seen one of my Blackpool heroes down here. I'm sure even at his age he could still have done a good job for us.

Chris, he's not listed as going anywhere else.
He's played quite a lot this year as well.
Was 40 last month!
